This is variable and can change based on current information about the pandemic and provider preference.
1. Telehealth will continue to be an option and is greatly encouraged.
2. In-person appointments will be offered at the discretion of the therapist.
3. Most of our therapists are offering in-person appointments
Don’t come if you're sick (i.e., fever, cough, or shortness of breath).
Don't come if you have a sick family member, but you can make use of the telehealth option.
There is no missed appointment fee if you are sick. Please call to let us know.
We continue to consider CDC recommendations.
We ask that you bring a face mask to your appointment and wear it in the waiting room.
Your counselor may require masks during appointments.
This policy may change based on any new information regarding the spread of the virus.
Use Social Distancing & Come by yourself
Anyone is welcome in the building who is necessary for the appointment. Don't bring others to your appointment to wait.
